Promote Hair GrowthNatural Vs. Chemical Ways to Promote Hair GrowthThere are several products on the market designed to promote hair growth. Some of them are manmade, including Propecia, while others are made of all natural ingredients (such as herbs, minerals, proteins, and other naturally occurring substances). Choosing between the two can be conflicting, because often times the manmade medicines, like Propecia, have been so thoroughly researched and marketed that information on these products is more easily acceptable. On the other hand, these chemical medicines are known to cause several other negative side effects, such as impotence and nausea, which defeats the purpose of using that type of hair loss product in the first place. So how do you choose which product to use to promote hair growth? Much of that decision lies in which products you are more comfortable putting in your body, as well as the type of results you wish to see. Chemical ProductsAs stated earlier chemical products that promote hair growth are still very effective. As many as 85% of people that take these products achieve the benefits they expect and are looking for. However, the main reason people use products that promote hair growth is to overcome any social or personal problems they feel or experience from their hair loss, and since these chemical products can cause some significant psychologically damaging side effects, such as a loss of sexual potency, that renewed confidence can be counteracted by this new symptom of the medications. Natural ProductsNatural products that promote hair loss, however, have their own problems. For starters, there are so many products on the market, it is difficult to choose an effective one. Only a select few, most notably Procerin, can mirror the effects of Propecia and other chemical products. While Procerin tends to have roughly 85% efficacy as well, some products are as low as 40%, and choosing the wrong product means months and months of wasted money and effort. Similarly, these products, no matter how effective in their ability to promote hair growth, are less well known. So a hesitancy exists to use a product that does not have the same expensive marketing teams. However, these natural products that do work well have no side effects at all and are safer, in general, than the chemical products that promote hair growth. Which to Choose? The best recommendation is to use a natural product to promote hair growth that is proven to work, like Procerin, rather than take the risk with chemical products or try a natural product you have never heard of. If, however, you wish to go with a chemical product, the best thing you can do is see a doctor and gauge the likelihood that the product will cause any side effects. |
